So I go to class yesterday and leave my German buddies at home. It turns out that my German friends blew up some spaghetti in the microwave. They are crazy nice so they immediately start cleaning it up and then decided to clean the whole apartment for me. So I come home from class and all the furniture is moved, water all over the floor, and it smells like clothes washign detergent. They are mopping my entire house and using my kitchen floor as a bucket i suppose becuase there was an inch of water in the kitchen. I then notice some suds coming from the dishwasher…..i know what your thinking…they put dawn in the dishwasher…your close but not quite. The smell of clothes washing detergent was coming from the dishwasher. Yep your right they washed the dishes with a ton of Tide and then used the Tide to mop the whole house. Talking about walking into a crazy situation. It was the funniest thing I’ve seen in a long time. Not stressful at all, just really really funny. So now my house is very clean and smells like a clean load of laundry. Can’t beat that!!
Later in the evening we cooked 10 pork chops, 6 chicken breasts, and 8 hamburgers for 4 people. And we almost finished it all.
Encounter tonight then skating….and the beat goes on…..
