By Grace Barbecue is a catering/concession business owned by the Lord & managed by J.R. & Beverly Grace.  We consider this to be our calling & our ministry all done for God’s glory. We will be available for jobs starting either late June/ early July.

This is the real deal. We’ve had their Boston Butts and wings and can’t wait to try everything else they make.  The Boston Butt falls apart and is amazing.  I just had the wings tonight and they are the best I’ve ever had.  They will be in the Crosspoint Church parking lot tomorrow from 11AM to 6PM (Saturday 7/11/09). Not much to say about this.  Try to guess what is making my hand get so big?

Ellis and I decided to go wakeboarding today on the river. Everything went great for a couple of hours. Then the jet ski broke. We decided to pull the jet ski to the marina (10 minutes by boat) to take it out of the water. No prob. Got the jet ski to the marina and pushed the boat back into the river to ride back to ellis’ house. Wait…..the boat won’t start. 20 minutes later we made a sail out of the thing that shades the boat from the sun. 40 minutes of consistent wind, skilled steering, and our trusty makeshift sail and we were back at ellis’ house. Fun right? Yep.
