Working with people, broken people. Retail is hard because not only do you deal with your brokenness but you get a good taste of everyone else’s too. I think it’s good for us to learn to manage our lives and relationships within that type of environment but encouragement helps a ton. So next time your in a store and someone is nice to you, take time to let them and their manager know. I promise it matters and encouragement is a gift that God expects the church to operate in. We’ll experience more joy and favor by encouraging others. I’m sure of it.

Heather and I have been married for a year today. Pretty exciting stuff!! I believe year 2 is next in line.
