Tuesday, September 9th, 2008Heather and I flew to Charlotte this weekend for John Mark McMillan’s CD release show.
Broadcast Safe played first. They have a really intimate and soothing worship sound. No CD out yet but definitely one to wait around on.
Songs of Water played right before John Mark. They have a really earthy sound and play instruments that are the most unique I’ve ever seen or heard.

The best part was that Heather got to go with me this time. Great food, great friends and great music…that’s worth traveling for.

Friday, July 25th, 2008John Mark McMillan’s music has impacted who I am and how I think more than anything I’ve heard in a really long time. If you have heard his stuff you know what I’m talking about. I really believe John Mark is writing music that is destined to change the world. I don’t mean make the world want to go to church, I mean make the world want to become “the church.”
